For pick up orders we will be in touch with you by text message after your order is placed to arrange a mutually convenient time to collect- we aren't always there but can be there when you need to collect your order (within normal business hours).
If you will not be at home to receive your order on your delivery day, you can nominate to include a cold pack with your order at the point of checkout which will keep your order hard frozen for 8-10hrs+. See our Delivery FAQs for more info.

Dog and cat eat this so quick
This mince has a nice texture, easy to mix with kibble and is more tempting to Noodle than regular grocery mince.
All the PetZest minces are excellent, not haphazardly created, quality ingredients you can tell are fresh and they are so easy to use - measuring is simple, portioning a cinch, and you can add anything to them
