70% Muscle Meat (veal), 10% Offal (beef heart, liver, lung & kidney*), 10% minced bone (veal), 10% veg (lacto-fermented seasonal fruits and veg, using products that local growers have fresh each week including silverbeet, carrots, beetroot, parsley, zucchini, broccoli, bok choy, spinach), kelp for trace minerals, and Keferrin (a kefir made with farm-fresh whole milk plus colostrum powder for immune support).

*Please note offal and bone is dependant on availability and can be from kangaroo.

For pick up orders we will be in touch with you by text message after your order is placed to arrange a mutually convenient time to collect- we aren't always there but can be there when you need to collect your order (within normal business hours). 

If you will not be at home to receive your order on your delivery day, you can nominate to include a cold pack with your order at the point of checkout which will keep your order hard frozen for 8-10hrs+. See our Delivery FAQs for more info.
