For pick up orders we will be in touch with you by text message after your order is placed to arrange a mutually convenient time to collect- we aren't always there but can be there when you need to collect your order (within normal business hours).
If you will not be at home to receive your order on your delivery day, you can nominate to include a cold pack with your order at the point of checkout which will keep your order hard frozen for 8-10hrs+. See our Delivery FAQs for more info.

I have a frenchie who seems to be allergic to everything and has reactions to different types of proteins. I think this might help her get rid of the itchies. It's early days but so far so good. I mixed it in with veggies and some offal! Dogs loved it!

I think the Fish Mince is my absolute favourite (my dog loves all his proteins from The Saltiest Dog) it has that fresh caught sea smell - clean and slightly salty.
this is a winner for ted. he is a massive seafood lover and is always excited when fish mince is added to his meals. its great to mix into any meal or even squish it onto a licki mat for extra fun (but id recommend a fish licki mat is an outside treat! haha!)
