What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver in Melbourne, regional VIC and NSW. Check your postcode here.

What are your shipping fees and delivery times?

Metro Melbourne delivery is $12.95 or free for orders over $130. We work on a fortnightly schedule to 6 different zones, so your delivery day will be every second Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. See the zones here.

Regional deliveries are taken to the courier once a week for delivery later that week or early the next. Your delivery day will always be confirmed with you by text once the order is placed. 

Do you offer free shipping, and if so, what are the conditions?


Metro Melb = free delivery for orders over $130 (on our fortnightly schedule). 

Regional VIC

  • Orders under $100 = $24.95 shipping
  • Orders between $100-$200 = $19.95 shipping
  • Orders  $200-$300- $9.95 shipping
  • Orders over $300 free shipping 


  • Orders under $300 = $39.95
  • Orders between $300-$400 = $34.95
  • Free delivery orders over $400 

How is the raw dog food packaged for shipping to maintain freshness?

You can opt for cold packing at checkout which means your order will come packaged in a box or esky with insulated lining and ice packs. 

Orders that are cold packed will be left in a safe place at your address and will keep your order cool for 8-10hrs plus. 

You will be updated by text and email on delivery day and proof of delivery will be provided. 

If you do not opt for cold packaging your order will come frozen in a bag or box, and will travel in our refrigerated delivery van until it gets to you.

Once you have ordered we will always text you to confirm your delivery day so you can also advise of any specific delivery instructions and cold packaging requirements with us by text later too. 

This information can also be added to the notes section at checkout and will go directly to the driver delivering your order. 

We use all donated and recycled packaging to reduce waste, and you can return it to us to be used again if you want to. 

All regional & same day courier orders are cold packed always and metro Melb orders are cold packed only when requested. 

Can I choose a delivery schedule that works for me?

The delivery days cannot be changed but we do have a
same day courier option for urgent orders and in some cases we may be able to
deliver your order on a different day - please get in touch with us by emailing for any specific requests. 

If there is a specific time you need your order delivered on your delivery day we can usually cater to this but please get in touch with us to confirm.
Alternatively, as long as there is somewhere safe to leave your order it can be cold packaged if you won’t be home on delivery day. 

Do you offer expedited shipping options for urgent orders?

There is a same day courier option at checkout for metro Melb - orders need to be placed by 11am for same day delivery. 

What should I do if there are issues with my delivery or if my package arrives damaged?

Take a picture and let us know by text or email at your earliest convenience.

Do you provide tracking information for shipped orders?

Yes. Firstly you will be sent a text message confirming your delivery day (usually within 24hrs of placing your order). 

On the delivery day you will be updated by text and email when your order is out for delivery, when the driver is 2 stops away and when your order has been delivered. You will have access to a proof of delivery picture. 

Can I modify or cancel my delivery schedule or order?

Our delivery schedule cannot be changed but we can delay your delivery if the next upcoming date isn’t suitable. If something urgent happens on the day and you need to cancel your delivery we can make arrangements- please contact us as soon as possible with any issues by calling 0422 977 243. 

Do you offer deliver to international locations, and what are the associated costs and delivery times?

We do not offer international delivery outside of Australia.

Products that are not frozen (like treats, toppers & supplements etc) can be posted Australia wide. These orders will be sent by Australia Post and cost $14.95 or free for orders over $150. 

What if I live in QLD, NT,WA, ACT or SA?

In some cases we can organise frozen deliveries to some postcodes in SA, ACT & QLD- please email for a custom quote. 

At the moment we do not offer delivery of frozen food to WA & NT but can post non-perishables Australia Wide.

Are orders delivered in refrigerated vehicles?

Yes! Our metro Melb deliveries are done by us in our Pink Sprinter Van with Lulu the boxer on the front- if you see us make sure you tag us on Insta so we can add to our ‘SPOTTED’ highlight 🙂

Regional deliveries are outsourced to a courier so won’t come in a pink van, but every order travels in refrigerated transport to keep your order frozen. 

What is the cut off times for delivery?

For metro Melb deliveries we need to receive your order by midnight the night before your delivery day.

For regional VIC & NSW please order by 5pm on Sundays.

I live in a big apartment block in the CBD - can you deliver to me?

We do deliver the the Melbourne CBD and to apartment blocks- but if you wont be home to accept the delivery (and ideally meet us at the front) then we need to be able to access your building and there needs to be somewhere safe to leave
your order. Please provide specific delivery instructions at checkout.

Can you deliver to the Mickleham Post Entry Quarantine Facility? 

Yes and we do regularly! To deliver an order to your dog in quarantine we need their patient number and all your associated information.
