We deliver frozen food products in Metropolitan Melbourne only. If you do not live in Melbourne we can post any non-frozen products to you Australia Wide.

  • We are extending our delivery zones all the time, so if we do not currently deliver to your area, please get in touch with us and tell us you would like us to!

  • If you will not be home for the delivery- we can package your order with a cooler liner and ice pack to keep it cool until you get home. Just add a note at checkout: COLD PACKAGE.

  • Orders will be packed and posted within 48hrs of being received (usually within 24hrs) unless placed after 2pm on Friday, then they will be posted the following Monday.

Returns and refunds 

If you purchase something that you are not happy with, it can be returned for store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and must be sent with tracking.
