For pick up orders we will be in touch with you by text message after your order is placed to arrange a mutually convenient time to collect- we aren't always there but can be there when you need to collect your order (within normal business hours). 

If you will not be at home to receive your order on your delivery day, you can nominate to include a cold pack with your order at the point of checkout which will keep your order hard frozen for 8-10hrs+. See our Delivery FAQs for more info.

We are based in Melbourne VIC and offer either delivery or shipping by post depending on where you are and what you purchase.
